New Member Orientation:
- We will be having new member orientation days once a month. At this time eligible probationary members will be signed up.
- Orientations will be the 4th Saturday of each month.

- You will be contacted if you are eligable for membership. To check your status, please contact the office.
- If you are a foreman or job steward please ensure that evaluation forms on probationary apprentices and journeymen are being completed and submitted to the office as this is part of the criteria for membership.

Union Photo ID cards...........................
Drop into the office on FRIDAYS and have your Union Identification Card processed.
The NEW ID cards will include your photo, union ID number and initiation date.
** Please note, ID cards can Only be processed on Fridays between 9am and 4pm (closed 12noon-1pm).
If you are travelling a distance to get your ID card, it is recommended you call the Hall to check on the availability of the Camera as access to the ID card camera and system is subject to change without notice.
Total "Alignment" Between Millwrights 1460 and TAMSILFT Services!
During the first week of June, five TAMSIL millwrights attended a 3-day training course in Machinery Alignment, presented by the Millwrights Union Local 1460 in Edmonton. This was a ‘first’ in a number of respects: click here to read the full story!!
